Back Story

Another Columbian-grown favourite, this Amnesia strain terpene was extracted from cannabis plants that are cultivated over altitudes of 2,000 metres, and exposed to an average of 12 hours of sunlight per day, all year-round, further enhancing their terpene concentrate and their functional properties.

The high-altitudes enriches the terpene content and the functional properties of the cannabis plants, which are used locally for their therapeutic and healing properties, both as food and medicine.

The cannabis plants are cultivated naturally in small batches, and fed organic fertilisers with jungle substrates and fruit compost (coconuts, bananas, mangoes, coffee and humus), expanding their resilience, terpene variety and concentration, while strengthening their aroma and flavour.

Effects

Amnesia terpenes are reported to induce uplifting feelings, euphoric physical sensations and a cerebral creative openness. Users find themselves energised, talkative, with bursts of creative output. Some users find this strain to help alleviate feelings of anxiety, stress and depression

Aromas and Flavours

A spicy aroma is characteristic of this terpene, with well-rounded herbal tones, and smells of tobacco plant transpiring through.

Dominant Terpenes

The fruity Terpinolene is dominant with its herbal tones. The spicy aroma can be attributed to Caryophyllene, while the plant notes are expressed from Ocimene.

Applications

This versatile terpene can be used in a variety of applications, including aromatherapy, cannabinoid oils, beer brewing and edibles. Its spicy and herbal profile makes it an excellent choice for use in a wide range of products.
